The Listening Oasis Wellness Space(LOWS) is a confidential service with highly qualified Wellness Champions™, trained to de-stigmatize, de-mystify, and listen to “your story” without judgment. This social-emotional wellness support program is right at your fingertips, and is fully confidential. It does not matter the social-emotional distress you are experiencing, we all can benefit from a caring, compassionate, and non-judgemental Wellness Champion™ walking alongside us in our very diverse stories.

We acknowledge that your story is a normal part of the human experience and that the scenery, relationships, and events along your journey creates your unique life stories.
Managing your thinking, behaving, believing and feeling, is one of the elements of the RUMERTIME Process- Our Problem-Solving Strategy. We encourage you to use a variety of strategies and tools to help you manage your Thoughts, Interactions, Mindsets and Emotions(TIME), some of which are:
