Current or past involvement in the criminal justice system, including:

  • Arrests (Conviction or No Conviction).
  • Convictions & Expungements
  • Open Cases, Probation, Parole
  • Pending Trials, Recent Release, Incarceration

Income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
