The Global Center for School Counseling Outcomes Research, Evaluation, & Development hereto referred to as GCSCORED is owned and operated by GCSCORED, Inc. GCSCORED exists to teach all individuals ways to effectively Relate to self, others and situations so they can live transformed lives in safer communities.
The GCSCORED website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the GCSCORED website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
GCSCORED reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the GCSCORED website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the GCSCORED website if applicable.

SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES AND PLUGINS
The GCSCORED website includes social media features, such as Facebook’s “Like” button, or plugins that run on our site. GCSCORED will also notify subscribers of the release of new Journal issues from the Journal of Global Engagement and Transformation (JGET). To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws in the state of Indiana, USA and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Indiana, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the GCSCORED website. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
